The organisation was founded as result of the coming together of 3 professionals from different fields with experience in youth work, adult education, non-formal education, inclusive education and project development.

We Jana Kalniņa, Anita Birzniece and Lauris Skenders believe that any quality of learning and effective learning is based on the four pillars of learning: learning to be, learning to learn, learning to do, learning to live together.

Our aim is to bring together a diverse range of trainers and educators to offer accessible and quality training for educators, youth workers, young people and seniors.

The programmes are based on our experience of more than 20 years.

From teacher to facilitator – today’s educators need to learn not only innovative methods, but also to change their teaching approach from frontal lectures to the organisation of the learning process, where the target group plays an important role.

Learning with pleasure – we believe that effective and successful learning is only possible if both educator and learner, enjoy education process. In that way, information is remembered more easily and for longer period.

Creative learning – learning can happen anywhere – no matter of subject – the mother tongue, foreign language, maths, physics, social sciences – learning can happen in all kinds of places – on the train, in the park, on a bench, in a classroom, in a museum, etc.

Quality over quantity – it is not important to teach a trainer, youth worker and teacher 30 different innovative teaching methods, but only a few that, what can make a big difference to the way they teach.

Each participant in our training program goes through three steps.

Thinking – we give comprehensive information about the concept to get the participants to think about it.

Talking – we share our experience and gain the experience of others.

Doing – we provide opportunities to try out new methods that can help educators better learn and understand new ways of teaching.
