To provide training participants with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in adult education, developing an
understanding of its essence, methods, and types, strengthening the awareness of the importance of motivation in
the learning process, improving communication skills in working with an adult audience, as well as promoting the
ability to effectively choose and apply various learning methods according to specific situations.
