Topics and format of program

In-person training (can also be adapted online or in a combined format). (7 hours)

Entrepreneurs and tourism service providers, local government specialists, destination
management organizations (DMOs), community organizations and NGOs, territorial and development
planners.

  1. Gain an understanding of the destination, service, or tourism product development cycle – from identifying
    local value to value creation and sustainable development.
  2. Learn methods for defining target audiences, developing offers, and creating the customer experience.
  3. Analyze cooperation opportunities between entrepreneurs, local governments, communities, and other
    involved partners in the development of joint products and services.
  4. Explore practical approaches and tools for strengthening sustainable development and economic viability.

If the training location is more than 150 km from the trainer’s location or overnight stay is required, travel and accommodation
expenses are agreed upon separately.
