Adult educators, librarians, non-formal training leaders, other interested parties

To provide training participants with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in adult education, developing an
understanding of its essence, methods, and types, strengthening the awareness of the importance of motivation in
the learning process, improving communication skills in working with an adult audience, as well as promoting the
ability to effectively choose and apply various learning methods according to specific situations.

  • To promote training participants’ understanding and knowledge of the essence, methods, and types of adult
    education;
  • To introduce participants to the importance of motivation in the learning process;
  • To improve participants’ communication skills with an adult audience;
  • To enhance training participants’ competences in using various methods, to be able to choose the most suitable
    method in a specific learning situation and to combine several methods in one lesson.
